Sophie joined the team in 2018 as a Customer Service Assistant, and has since commenced her career within Dental Nursing before becoming our Treatment Co-Ordinator

After years of experience in Customer Service, and working full time on our reception desk here at Eastside, Sophie made the decision to train as a Dental Nurse to expand her skills. Sophie’s favourite part of being a Dental Nurse is learning constantly, and she loves all the challenging aspects of the role.

Although Sophie loves Dental Nursing, her passion lies firmly with Customer Service. Sophie became our Treatment Co-Ordinator in 2024, and loves building rapport with patients to ensure they receive the best possible treatment journey, tailored to them. Sophie is familiar with all the extensive treatment plans being undertaken in the practice, and is on hand to answer any questions regarding these. She can also provide help and support with our finance options.

Sophie’s other favourite thing about Eastside is the colleagues who surround her.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys surfing, scenic walks, attending music concerts/ festivals, and spending time with her friends.
